UPDATE! By popular demand, effective February 18, 2012 one-day passes are available for Tampa. Single-day passes are $250.00 each if pre-registered. On-site registration for single-day passes is $300.00. You can register for any day or combination of days using our on-line registration system. Prepayment is required by cash or credit card - no purchase orders can be accepted for these single-day passes. Registrations must be received by March 2, 2012 to ensure that your credentials will be available at the conference registration desk. This discounted rate cannot be combined with any other discounts. Existing registrations cannot be converted to single-day passes.

If you register for a one-day pass for any one or two days during the first three days of the Conference, (March 13, 14 or 15), you can obtain a complimentary one-day pass for March 16th. Contact us directly to receive this complimentary day pass for March 16th by calling 575-532-5535.

For Tampa Registrations:

Paid registrations received on or before December 23, 2011 are $750.00

Paid registrations received between December 24, 2011 and February 17, 2012 are $850.00

After February 17, 2012, all registrations are $950.00 (including on-site)

Registrations must be received no later than March 2, 2012 to be processed prior to the event.

Acceptance of registrations is subject to availability and receipt of payment. It is imperative that you input THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS for the credit card you plan to use for your registration payment. Using an incorrect address will result in your registration and payment being declined by the processing system and will cancel your registration.

Your registration will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt. Registrations received for Tampa after March 2, 2012 must be paid by or guaranteed to either a valid Visa, MasterCard or American Express card.

International Registrations:

All International registrations must be accompanied by a valid credit card. Some of our International attendees are from countries that require a letter from us to support your application to obtain a travel visa for this conference. If a valid credit card is submitted with your registration, we will gladly prepare the letter and will submit it to you electronically (letters cannot be mailed) for your application. After your travel visa is approved and you have notified us of its approval, we will process your registration fee at the prevailing registration fee, using the credit card provided.
