Acceptance of registrations is subject to availability and receipt of payment.  Your registration will be acknowledged or confirmed within 48 hours of receipt unless we are in the field without access to e-mail. Last-minute registrations received within 2 weeks of the start of the course must be paid by or guaranteed to either VISA or MasterCard to secure a place in the course.

Course registration packages will be e-mailed to confirmed registrants.  Please add our e-mail address (info@envirofieldschool.com) to your address book to ensure that you can receive your confirmation package and its attached pdf file. These packages contain detailed course outlines, hotel and general travel information, location maps, recommendations for clothing to bring for field sessions and receipts for credit card payments. We are not responsible if your email system bounces correspondence from us regarding your course registration.

Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are made for cancellations received in writing up to 14 days prior to the course start date; thereafter a 40% penalty applies.   No-shows are responsible for the full fee.  Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the beginning of the course.  We are not responsible for non-refundable airfares or hotel deposits. Please avoid disappointment -- do not register for a course unless you have approval to attend.

The Nielsen Environmental Field School offers a special discount when 5 or more people from one office of the same company or agency attend a single course.  Contact us today for more details.
